As a former notary public and legal secretary from New Jersey, I am delighted to have returned to my roots and working in the real estate field. During the past 4 years I have signed over 2,500 loans. These loans were purchases, refinances, HELOC, Adjustable Rate, Fixed Rate, Interest-Only and Reverse mortgages. I have also notarized real estate documents pertaining to the sale of properties and I am well versed in signing loans when the property is held by a trust.
Although the majority of my work is loan signings, both my husband and I are available to complete general notarizations for individuals and businesses. I specialize in Apostille work for clients in need of legalizing documents for use aboard.
I service all of San Diego County.
My husband and I have partnered together with him often attending to general notarizations during the day.
In addition to being a loan signing agent, I am certified as a Loan Signing Agent Coach. I have worked with several new notaries in assisting them in starting up their business and to provide training to new loan signing agents.
