Identification Documents (ID Cards) REQUIRED
All signers will be fingerprinted and positively identified by the Notary through satisfactory evidence from the following:

Drivers License or nondriver's ID issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles;

U.S. passport;

Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS);

Driver's license or nondriver's ID issued by another U.S. state;

Driver's license issued in Mexico or Canada;

U.S. military ID;

Inmate ID issued by the Department of Corrections (only to identify prisoners in custody) or;

ID card issued by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS), but only for notarization of BCIS forms.

over 25 miles but less than 50 miles = $100
over 50 miles but less than 65 miles = $125

Prisons = $175 (within 65 miles)
