Our mortgage/loan closing department is currently working with nationwide signing companies, regional signing networks, closing agents, lenders, escrow/title companies, mortgage companies, and attorneys. We are not a signing service. We are a closing service, in which we are the independent loan closer.  If we are over booked and can not assist you with your mortgage/loan closing, we will refer you to another independent loan closer (ILC).

Our notary department continues to work with attorneys, insurance companies, settlement services, contracting companies, witness DNA, etc. We grantee that your documents will be professionally witnessed, signed, and sealed.
