Although we lose money, we usually only charge $35 to print & copy a single set of loan docs. * A minimum trip charge is $40 on up, Loan Docs signings are $75-100 in New Braunfels/McQueeny/Seguin and go up, all depending on both distance and time. Keep in mind most professionals charge $75-300/hour. We only charge $40/hour, and we don't even get paid for gasoline. * Afterhours, weekend and Spanish speaking service is avaliable at no extra charge!
