I am an independent Notary Signing Agent and work alone. Most assignments have been related to mortgage, refinancing and HELOC documents. Notarizations will comply with the Notary legislation passed by the State of Michigan on April 1st, 2006. 

The communication connection is a DSL running Windows XP, MS Office, Adobe 7.0.7 which I update monthly.  I accept e-doc's and print letter, legal and A4 documents at 20 ppm in color or B&W.

Reed City is located 60 miles norh of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Weekday pick-up by express delivery is before 1:00 in the afternoon. There is NO Saturday pick-up by FED-EX, DSL or UPS within 50 miles of Reed City.  If the documents are time-sensitive I will make a weekend delivery to Manistee, Ludington, or other designated cities for an additional fee.

The areas north east and west of Reed City consist of rural communities, small business and farms.  Highway U.S. 10 is two lane blacktop and many of the side roads are gravel.  My Service area includes the cities of Evart, Marion, Clare, Ludington, Manistee, Baldwin, Walkerville, Idelewilde, Paris, Big Rapids, Cadillac and about 100 small towns and villages.
