I possess over 21 years extensive experience in the real estate escrow and title industry.  My history in this industry includes 10 years as an Escrow Officer for a Louisiana real estate attorney, 8 years as Assistant Vice President and lender Escrow Manager, running the largest escrow unit in the State of Arizona, and most recently, over 3 years as an independent contractor facilitating loan document signings.  I am also a former loan document signer trainer, having trained countless employees on the process of loan document signings, how to describe certain documents, professionalism, and the "do's and don'ts" of loan document signings.

I am acutely aware of lender needs and recording requirements, and most importantly, the sense of urgency in this industry. I personally have performed 1000's of real estate loan document signings. My error-free track record is a testament to my dedication to providing outstanding and hassle-free service to my customers.

I perform signings in the Northwest Louisiana area, specifically Bossier, Caddo, Bienville, DeSoto, Claiborne, and Webster Parishes.
