We specialize in mortgage loan closings. We are fully mobile and service all areas of Illinois and Missouri. A certified Notary Public in Missouri and Illinois for 3 years. We have closed in excess of 1,500 loans since we established our business. Prior to starting TKI Closings my wife and I were both loan officer's, so we know all terminology of the business. We do all types of closings, such as, refi's, purchases, HELOC'S, first and second mortgages, non-owner occupied closings, etc.
