Loan Signing Services
In English $125 (Spanish services available for additional fee) Includes:
Document pick up and delivery within a 5 mile radius of the location shown below with 2 hours notice (if you are outside of this radius please call for additional fee quote)
Will travel to client’s home or office between the hours of 9-5 with minimum three hours notice.
Emergency services available after 5 p.m. for no extra charge
Orientation/Introduction
This meeting is a complimentary session designed to help us get to know our client and their requirements. At After Five Notary , it is understood that every lender's closing processes and requirments are unique. To ensure a fast and flawless close, After Five Notary is there to support your needs from beginning to end.
Edocs Loan Signing Services include Document printing, prepping, and delivery to client’s home or office. A $25 surcharge may apply.
On-Site/Overflow Assistance Available.
I am happy to subcontract temporarily with local Title companies and Lenders during peak times of the month with advance notice. Please call to set up an appointment.

Document Pickup & eDelivery Services
Need a crucial document in order to close a loan? If the county won't take a credit card, I can show up in person to obtain the document, scan it and email it to you the same day along with my invoice. Call for fee and mileage quote. Must be able to provide the docket #, date of recording, amount or other material information.

Affidavits & Miscellaneous documents $10 per signature plus travel fee
Acknowledgements $10 per signature plus travel fee
Jurats $5 per service plus travel fee

Within a 15 mile radius of Lincoln $25
Within a 20 mile radius $50
Over 20 miles out of Rocklin: Negotiable Call for Quote
