As a former notary public and legal secretary from New Jersey, I am delighted to have returned to my roots and working in the real estate field. During the past 3 yearss I have signed over 2,500 loans. These loans were purchases, refinances, HELOC, Adjustable Rate, Fixed Rate, Interest-Only and Reverse mortgages. I have also notarized real estate documents pertaining to the sale of properties and I am well versed in signing loans when the property is held by a trust.
Although the majority of my work is loan signings, I am also available to complete general notarizations for individuals and businesses. I specialize in Apostille work for clients in need of legalizing documents for use aboard.
I service all of San Diego County.
On occasion I network with a small number of notaries and signing agents who are certified and are known throughout the industry to be professional, knowledgeable and accurate. When I am not available to accept an assignment, I refer clients to these individuals.
